We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee strategic initiatives within a banking environment. This role requires someone who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and manage the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that detail timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate efforts across various departments, including IT, compliance, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor day-to-day progress of projects, addressing challenges and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners, to provide updates on project status and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring challenges are resolved promptly to maintain project timelines.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial accountability.
• Ensure projects adhere to internal policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements by implementing best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster collaboration and accountability within teams to achieve high performance and successful project outcomes.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, along with tools like Jira and Project.
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to completion.
• Familiarity with banking operations, digital transformation, and technology-driven initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors or partners.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate dynamic environments.
