Executive Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Additional compensation: Annual Bonus
Boutique Investment Management firm is in need of a highly organized, sophisticated and experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to support their innovative CEO. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper and right hand, acting as an ambassador on behalf of the CEO. You will manage all appointments, contacts, and business affairs as well as coordinate personal details to ensure the day runs smoothly and projects are completed. The ideal candidate will be a true thought partner to the executive, always three steps ahead, anticipating changes and navigating obstacles with a flexible and can-do attitude. This opportunity is well suited for an experienced professional accustomed to working with high-net-worth individuals in a professional setting.
A day in the life
Managing a complex calendar that includes client meetings, personal meetings, board meetings, and personal appointments
Booking travel arrangements, both domestic and international, with thoroughness and accuracy for the executive and family
Handling all communications, liaising on the executive’s behalf, managing the inbox, organizing, prioritizing, and handling documents, emails and sensitive information with confidentiality
Establishing strong relationships with key internal and external partners to the CEO
Maintaining and coordinating household details and staff for the CEO
Working alongside other team members in support of the CEO
Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant supporting a C-Level Executive or UHNW individual
Well-versed in using the latest technologies to communicate, connect, and manage interactions with people within and outside the company
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Google Suite; Asana is a plus
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Presentable and comfortable working in a professional setting
Agility to adjust to ever-changing priorities
Quick learner with the ability to anticipate situations and the executive’s needs
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Discreet with strong judgement skills
Accessibility and flexibility in supporting the CEO outside of core business hours
