Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Experience Requirements: 1-2 years of experience as an infusion pharmacist

Strong TPN experience required

Pediatric TPN experience is a

PLUS

Key Responsibilities: Hands-on sterile compounding of IVs, TPNs, and other infusion medications

Supervising IV technicians

Checking and verifying prescriptions

Licensing Requirements: Active

Indiana Pharmacist License

required or willingness to obtain

Open to candidates from nearby regions, including Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, or Cleveland, OH and Detroit, MI

Relocation assistance

Software System: CPR+/CareTend
