Seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support K-12 students in an East Orange, NJ school setting for the current school year (CSY) on a contract basis.

Duration: Contract position for the current school year (CSY) Setting: K-12 School Key Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers with instructional support and classroom management Provide one-on-one and small group assistance to students to enhance learning and engagement Support students with special needs, adapting materials and learning strategies as required Monitor student progress and report observations to the teacher Help maintain a safe and productive learning environment Desired Qualifications: Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role Ability to effectively communicate with students, teachers, and staff Patience, adaptability, and a passion for supporting diverse learners Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and student needs This contract role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to student success in a supportive school community throughout the current academic year.
