Soliant is currently hiring multiple Early Childhood Special Education (SPED) Teachers to join our team at a dedicated Early Childhood Center in Oklahoma. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams
Create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support student success
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education
Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
Valid Oklahoma teaching certification or eligibility to obtain one (SPED endorsement preferred)
Experience working with children ages 35 is preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for supporting the development and success of young learners with diverse needs
