Seeking two dedicated Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) Teachers to serve students ages 35 in a contract role for the 20252026 school year in Oswego, IL. Position Overview:The ECSE Teacher will lead a classroom tailored to young children with special needs, implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborating closely with families, therapists, and support personnel to promote each students growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Deliver developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with each students IEP goals Differentiate teaching methods to accommodate various abilities and learning styles Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain detailed student records Work collaboratively with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and general education staff Lead IEP meetings ensuring compliance with IDEA and state educational regulations Maintain regular communication with families and caregivers to strengthen partnerships Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a related field Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education Comprehensive knowledge of early childhood development and special education legislation Location:Oswego, IL Early Childhood School setting This contract opportunity is ideal for educators passionate about fostering growth in young children with special needs through inclusive and supportive teaching practices.
