We are seeking a
dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
to support school-based SLP services across a K12 setting in Douglas, WY. This is a full-time, onsite position for the 20252026 school year. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver direct therapy, support documentation, and assist in implementing IEP goals. Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language services under the direction and supervision of a licensed SLP Support implementation of IEP goals through individual and group therapy Prepare materials and assist with data collection and progress monitoring Collaborate with educators, staff, and parents Maintain accurate and timely service records Requirements
Must hold an active Wyoming SLPA License Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field (per WY licensure requirements) School-based experience preferred Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills Comfortable working with students across all grade levels (K12) Ability to work onsite for the full duration of the school year
