Overview Role: Principal Product Manager overseeing the vision, strategy, and execution for the email prioritization and eligibility engine. You will lay out the roadmap, plan sprints, groom the backlog, set KPIs, measure success, and drive agile execution. You will lead an engineering team, monitor compliance, reliability, scalability, and performance, and stay aligned with latest technology trends.

Influence and compellingly communicate the vision to a wide variety of key partners and stakeholders Assess the market, platforms, industry trends, and customer needs across AI to identify trends and opportunities Collaborate heavily with engineers, backend services, libraries, data pipelines, machine learning models, and related teams Align executive management and other critical stakeholders to the vision and strategy and work cross-functionally to implement a viable plan and roadmap Build the vision, product strategy, roadmap and execution Partner with field marketing to deploy the product Provide regular updates to leadership and escalate items when needed while maintaining relationships to resolve issues independently Present strategy, roadmap and progress to senior executives (and externally as approved) Foster timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders and delivery partners Demonstrate awareness of policies, processes, and programs, and adapt to different pressure-points Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, quality, support, experience, program, and infrastructure teams to coordinate delivery of complex initiatives Represent and lead delivery functions in program and executive meetings Maintain accountability for team integrity, product excellence, delivery estimates, roadmaps, and career development Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience 8+ years of product management experience, with ability to lead and coordinate product, architecture, data science, and technology implementation Experience delivering enterprise products/applications with high-scale digital channels (web, email, app, chat, etc.); bonus for email experience Expertise in implementing Salesforce solutions such as Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Einstein Expertise with machine learning models, large language models, and computational thinking Business acumen for budgeting, project structuring, vendor/partner management, staffing, and negotiations Ability to assess capabilities and impacts of changes in enterprise architectures from technical and business perspectives Familiar with agile/scrum development methodologies Willingness to contribute as an individual when required Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write clear documentation and present to diverse audiences Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive, professional approach Strong presentation skills for audiences from analysts to C-suite Other
