1 Position Job Description: Mendota Unified School District is seeking a dedicated and licensed
Physical Therapist (PT)
to support students across all grade levels for the 20252026 school year. This position offers a flexible
onsite or hybrid schedule
with part-time hours ranging from
20 to 30 hours per week . Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to students (approx. 2030 students)
Serve a diverse caseload across elementary to high school levels
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations as needed
Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student IEP goals
Assist in developing and implementing therapy plans in the educational setting
Qualifications: Valid California Physical Therapist License
Prior school-based PT experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
