What Youll Do:
Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
Dispense medications efficiently and safely
Provide clinical drug information to providers
Document monitoring and interventions using Meditech and other systems
Oversee sterile compounding (including high-risk and chemo preparations)
Manage narcotic infusions and chemotherapy agents
Conduct therapy monitoring and pharmacist-led consults per protocol
Support ambulatory care through medication management and collaborative practice agreements
What Were Looking For:
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
PGY1 residency
or
3+ years of clinical experience
Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license (or eligibility)
