Warehouse Associate Job at Scion Staffing in Woodland

Overview

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a Warehouse Associate for our client, a highly regarded agricultural group in Woodland, California. This is a full-time, direct-hire, on-site position with benefits!

What you'll be doing

• Accurately pull sales orders and prepare shipments with required documentation.
• Receive, stock, and move seed inventory; perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate reports, prepare samples, and complete inventory data entry.
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment; assist with maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while supporting other logistics functions.
• Follow all company, state, and federal safety and quality protocols, including GSPP seed handling procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred; agricultural or seed industry background a plus.
• Prior forklift operation experience strongly desired.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. regularly and work in varying conditions (dust, heat, cold).
• Ability to obtain a Qualified Applicator Certificate.

Compensation

This opportunity offers a pay rate of $24/hour plus benefits!
