Overview

CBIZ Talent Solutions is seeking a Temporary Receptionist for our Real Estate client located in Queens, NY. MUST have 1+ years of experience with excellent phone and data entry skills. Will be responsible for communicating with tenants, vendors, and internal staff.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls from residents, shareholders, maintenance, and vendors regarding work order requests.
• Enter work order requests into database.
• Departmental filing.

Requirements

• Candidates should have excellent phone skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay: $20/hour
Hours: 8-5 / onsite FT
