Base pay range

$62,000.00/yr - $67,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Verify and enter employee benefit data across multiple systems (Lawson, United HealthCare, CVS/Health) and ensure accuracy of new hire and amendment records.
  • Manage high-volume workflows during peak periods, including billing adjustments, coverage continuation processes, and related mailings.
  • Respond to benefit inquiries in a timely manner and maintain organized filing of data and documentation.
  • Support special projects and reporting needs as assigned by leadership, including ad-hoc tasks and departmental initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a benefits-related field preferred; 1–3+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; Lawson experience highly preferred.
  • Communication & Service: Excellent customer service and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred; strong written and verbal communication.
  • Professional Attributes: Detail-oriented, confidential, able to multitask under pressure, and work both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.

Compensation range (illustrative): $60,000 - $65,000
