Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. This role will lead the day-to-day human resource functions including internal recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, results focused and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Bonus: Annual 10% discretionary

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted partner to department heads, helping to identify and solve organizational issues
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting and interview process for Radley’s corporate employees
  • Oversee and conduct internal new-hire onboarding and orientation programs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
  • Lead workers’ compensation efforts including claim management and return to work initiatives
  • Facilitate all SUTA claim processes including claim response and hearings
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data is maintained
  • Lead or assist with performance conversations, conflict resolution, and coaching managers to strengthen accountability and culture
  • Participate and organize employee engagement events, strategies, and feedback programs
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Assist in HR reporting and internal audits as needed
  • Be a culture ambassador who reinforces our core values and high standards
  • Special projects as outlined by the HR Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification a plus

Work Environment

Team focused office environment with professional-casual dress code (nice jeans); minimal overtime required as needed
