We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive
HR Generalist
to join our team. This role will lead the day-to-day human resource functions including internal recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, results focused and passionate about creating a positive employee experience. Salary Range : $70,000 - $80,000 per year Bonus : Annual 10% discretionary Responsibilities
Be a trusted partner to department heads, helping to identify and solve organizational issues Manage the full-cycle recruiting and interview process for Radleys corporate employees Oversee and conduct internal new-hire onboarding and orientation programs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience Lead workers compensation efforts including claim management and return to work initiatives Facilitate all SUTA claim processes including claim response and hearings Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data is maintained Lead or assist with performance conversations, conflict resolution, and coaching managers to strengthen accountability and culture Participate and organize employee engagement events, strategies, and feedback programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Assist in HR reporting and internal audits as needed Be a culture ambassador who reinforces our core values and high standards Special projects as outlined by the HR Manager Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification a plus Work Environment
