Key Responsibilities

• Own the full scope of HR operations, shaping employee experience, engagement, and performance
• Act as the go-to HR partner for leadership and managers, providing guidance on staffing, workforce development, and employee relations
• Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts for hourly and salaried roles, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent
• Drive talent development programs, mentoring high-potential employees and implementing career growth initiatives
• Manage workers’ compensation and related compliance matters, collaborating with external counsel as needed
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs while using HR systems to monitor, analyze, and report workforce data
• Build and maintain a positive, high-performance culture, fostering open communication and collaboration across the site
• Serve as a hands-on problem solver, ready to roll up sleeves, address challenges, and implement practical HR solutions
• Act independently, setting HR strategy and priorities while partnering with senior leadership to align people initiatives with business goals
