Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed incentive-based goals by converting inbound and outbound customer phone calls to appointments by using the company-prescribed script and methodology
• Actively make outbound phone calls to sell the value of scheduling an in-home consultation with a goal of converting the call to an appointment with our Design Consultant
• Intermittently field inbound phone calls to schedule appointments
• Navigate in multiple web-based computer systems while scheduling appointments and fielding/conducting phone calls
• Meet regularly with direct Supervisor to provide and receive feedback on job performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Inside sales and/or Call Center experience preferred
• Self-motivated to achieve goals around number of calls and appointments scheduled
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Able to work non-traditional hours as needed (evenings and weekends)
• High-speed Internet (to connect to Renewal’s call center technology when remote)
