LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a healthcare organization in Central Phoenix to find a call center representative to join their team. The schedule is fully onsite for the first four months, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. The pay rate is between $18/hr-$19/hr.
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional service to patients and healthcare providers via phone and email
- Assist with scheduling, billing inquiries, and general support
- Navigate internal systems to update records and resolve issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Previous customer service experience (healthcare preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working fully on-site for the first 4+ months during training
Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
