Join to apply for the Office Administrative Assistant role at LHH. LHH Recruitment is partnering with a well-established company in Scottsdale who is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join their team. This is a fast-paced, fully onsite role, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
