Job Description

• Installation and upgrading of software/IT patches
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Provides level 1 and 2 troubleshooting support for network, server and Internet service
• Carrying out preventive maintenance on a quarterly basis
• Manages issue resolution based on incident priority levels and escalates the cases
• Tech refresh support
• Manage data backup and system operations
• May be assigned with other IT related tasks

Job Requirement

• Higher Nitec in Info-Communications Technology, Information Technology or higher
• Require 1 year of working experience
• Team player
• Good communications and inter-personal skills
