A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available at an elementary school in Elk Grove, CA, serving students from Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026, with a Monday through Friday schedule.

The role involves managing a caseload of 53 students receiving direct speech therapy services, within a broader population of 101 students receiving speech support. The position is based at one school location and requires hands-on, in-person service delivery. Please note, this opportunity is not open to SLPA candidates or teletherapists; direct contract clinicians are sought. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy to TK-12 students in an educational setting. Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals related to speech sound production, language, fluency, and other communication disorders. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support communication development. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines. Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education programs. Qualifications and Experience: Valid SLP licensure with eligibility to work in California. Experience working with diverse elementary through high school student populations. Knowledge of educational speech therapy practices and IEP compliance. Ability to manage a moderate caseload independently. Strong communication and collaborative skills. This role does not offer supervision opportunities for CFY or SLPA, as the district manages supervision internally with two full-time SLPAs on staff.
