Role:
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location:
Madera, CA
Type:
Full-Time (32.5 hours per week)
Duration:
Full School Year (August 2025 May 2026)
Setting:
Onsite only no virtual options
Caseload:
K12 students, with potential for site-to-site travel
What You'll Do:
Work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
Implement treatment plans to support students functional and academic success
Provide direct therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Document student progress and collaborate with teachers and special education staff
Help students develop fine motor skills, sensory regulation, and independence in the classroom
Qualifications:
Active
California COTA license
(required)
Pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working across multiple school sites if needed
Must be organized, dependable, and student-centered
