Trusts and Estates Attorney

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in estate planning and the administration of trusts and estates. Proven ability to draft a wide range of estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives. Hands-on experience managing all aspects of estate and trust administration, from asset valuation to final distribution. Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively. Exceptional writing, legal research, and organizational abilities. A proactive, collaborative approach and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.

Licensing Requirements

Admission to the

North Carolina Bar

is required. Admission to the

South Carolina Bar

is preferred, or a willingness to obtain South Carolina licensure.
