Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
