- Follow communication scripts and standard procedures
- Meet performance goals, including call handling time and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset
