We're hiring contract Call Center / Employee Support Representatives to assist our HR team during the open enrollment season. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping employees navigate their benefits options. Key Responsibilities: Respond to employee inquiries via phone and email regarding benefits, enrollment, and eligibility

Guide employees through the open enrollment process and troubleshoot common issues

Escalate complex questions to HR Benefits Specialists as needed

Document interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems

Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in a call center, HR support, or customer service role

Familiarity with employee benefits and open enrollment processes preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks

Comfortable working onsite in Tacoma

Pay Details:

$22.00 to $25.00 per hour
