Call Center Representative
Location: Tacoma, WA
Job Type: Full-Time

We are hiring experienced call center professionals to support customer service operations in the insurance sector. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others. Prior experience in insurance is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist customers with account questions, billing concerns, and general inquiries
  • Record call details and customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Follow established procedures and maintain compliance with industry standards
Required Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate computer systems efficiently
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
