Call Center Representative
Location: Tacoma, WA
Job Type: Full-Time
We are hiring experienced call center professionals to support customer service operations in the insurance sector. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others. Prior experience in insurance is not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist customers with account questions, billing concerns, and general inquiries
- Record call details and customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
- Follow established procedures and maintain compliance with industry standards
- At least one year of experience in a call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and navigate computer systems efficiently
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
