Customer Service Representative
Addison Group is partnering with our client to find a detail-oriented and motivated Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire opportunity. Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Austin, TX Type: Contract to Hire Industry: Business Services / Operations Pay: $2022/ hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401K Job Description: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for processing and validating orders, maintaining accurate billing information, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple departments. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Enter, review, and verify order information for accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate billing records while adhering to specific customer requirements. Assist with processing invoices and approvals in third-party systems. Support month-end tasks to ensure timely reporting and closing. Partner with internal teams to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues. Consistently meet productivity and quality goals while maintaining attention to detail. Perform additional administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in customer service or administrative role. Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP preferred). Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and efficiency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Quick learner with a strong work ethic and desire to grow.
