HOA Client Service Specialist

responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include: Providing front-line client service support. Handling inbound calls to assist clients. Assisting with website navigation and basic technical support. Processing monetary transactions for customer accounts. Completing account maintenance, updates, and corrections in IBS. Supporting payment and depository research, generating copies of statements, and assisting with website navigation on our proprietary HOA Platform. Required qualifications for the position include :

High school diploma or equivalent. 3-5 years of work experience in financial institutions. Knowledge of banking processes, chargebacks, and returns (preferred). HOA banking experience (preferred). Preferred qualifications for the position include :

1-2 years of customer service experience. 1-2 years of call center experience. Branch teller skills. Pay Rate Range : $21.00 - $23.00 an hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
