Staffmark is hiring Customer Service Representatives for our client in Winchester, KY. This is a direct hire opportunity where you'll join a team dedicated to service excellence, teamwork, and community engagement.

Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, accurately enter information, escalate issues when needed, and contribute to a team committed to service excellence. To succeed, you'll need strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and be comfortable working with phone systems, computers and headsets. A High School diploma or GED is required, with prior customer service or call center experience preferred. Pay, Schedule & Benefits
