Day-to-Day

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism Enter and update information accurately Follow company scripts and confidentiality standards Participate in ongoing training and team development Positively contribute to a collaborative work environment. Schedule

| Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM (daytime hours)

This is an on-site position; must live within commuting distance of Winchester, KY Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required. Customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong communication and multitasking ability. Proficiency with phone systems, headsets, and computers. Pay & Benefits
