A well-established grocery chain is seeking an experienced
Pharmacy Manager
for their Cicero, NY location. This is a full-time, direct hire role offering a chance to lead a high-performing team in a patient-focused retail environment. The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for the full operation of the pharmacy department, ensuring compliance, driving financial performance, and delivering high-quality care.

Full-Time, Direct Hire Relocation Assistance:
Available for permanent candidates Key Responsibilities:
Register with the state board of pharmacy as Supervising Pharmacist/Pharmacist in Charge
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations
Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, including budget, payroll, scheduling, inventory, and third-party administration
Support business development efforts in-store and in the local community
Manage and evaluate pharmacy support personnel and conduct performance reviews
Train and guide staff while ensuring compliance with all policies and required training
Deliver patient-centered services such as immunizations, MTM, and wellness programs
Counsel patients and providers on medications, including side effects, interactions, and proper usage
Participate in continuous quality improvement and safety initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment
Complete continuing education as required by state law
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Candidate Requirements:
Active
New York Pharmacist License
(required)
Immunization Certification
(required)
Must be
comfortable administering all vaccines
Previous pharmacy leadership experience strongly preferred
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings
Inpatient or clinical experience
a plus, but not required
