Records Specialist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Records Specialist with 2 years of experience working in a similar administrative position or legal industry experience. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, located in Albany, New York.
Responsibilities:
Handle routine office tasks including scanning, copying, faxing, and distributing incoming faxes to appropriate team members.
Utilize the Filetrail records management system to maintain and track physical and digital files.
Coordinate the transfer of documents and case files to off-site warehouse facilities, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
Keep warehousing records up to date within Filetrail to support accurate inventory and retrieval.
Maintain orderly file systems in the records room and cabinets, ensuring easy access and organization.
Run local errands for the firm, including visits to the Department of State, court filings, client document pickups/drop-offs, and banking tasks.
Provide general support to the Office Manager and legal assistants with daily administrative responsibilities.
Create, organize, and manage legal case files to support attorneys and legal staff.
Serve as backup to the receptionist by sorting mail, handling FedEx shipments, answering multi-line phone calls, and setting up or cleaning conference rooms.
Experience:
2-3 years of Administrative/Legal experience Worksite: Onsite Employment Type: Direct Hire Salary: $45-50kyr
Pay Details:
$45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
