Office Manager LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Office Manager with 2 years of experience working in a similar administrative position. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, located in Morristown, New Jersey. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact at the main office entrance, greeting visitors, directing phone calls, and managing deliveries and mail. Provide administrative support to staff and leadership as needed. Maintain office records, supplies, and equipment inventories. Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all office and common areas, including kitchens and breakrooms. Coordinate with building management and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of maintenance and repair issues. Monitor and manage office supply inventory, including ordering coffee, snacks, and other breakroom essentials. Manage workspace assignments for staff and visitors, including preparing workstations for new hires and clearing out vacated spaces. Assist with the setup and breakdown of meeting rooms and training spaces for office events. Maintain and update office space plans in collaboration with the Facilities Coordinator. Support emergency evacuation procedures and participate in safety drills. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the office. Conduct daily inspections of office areas to ensure a neat, organized, and professional environment. Identify opportunities to improve office processes and enhance employee experience. Experience:

2-3 years of Administrative/Office Management experience Worksite: Onsite Employment Type: Temp to Perm Salary: $26-31/hr
