As of September 10th, a terrific law firm seeks an Office Administrator to play a leadership role regarding administrative services and overall office management for the New York location. This position will involve: Responsibilities Evaluating and enhancing workflow operations, implementing office policies and procedures. Determining budgets and approving purchases and office improvement projects. Communicating with building management and maintaining vendor relationships. Supervising departmental managers within Office Services, Conference Services, and Reception. Organizing a variety of office events and wellness initiatives. Implementing staffing strategy for administrative teams. Ensuring the office is maintained in a suitable manner and all necessary procedures are in place.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree and at least 10 years of law firm management experience, with a specific focus on staff management and facilities services. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to delegate and prioritize effectively. Proactive professional who can adapt to changing demands and quickly resolve any issues that arise.
