Sanitation Technician
As Sanitation Technician you would be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment in compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and industry standards. This role ensures that all equipment, tools, and work areas are properly cleaned and sanitized to support safe food production and protect product quality. Key Responsibilities Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment, floors, walls, drains, and other facility areas following established procedures. Follow and document cleaning schedules in accordance with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and company food safety policies. Handle and properly use cleaning chemicals and sanitizers while following all safety guidelines. Inspect and verify cleanliness of equipment before and after sanitation. Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning as required. Assist in maintaining sanitation logs, checklists, and other required documentation. Report any food safety or maintenance issues to supervisors immediately. Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams to support smooth operations. Adhere to all workplace safety rules, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
