The Room Service Ambassador assists patients with menu selections and ensures they receive meals according to physician-prescribed diets, food allergies, and preferences, providing excellent customer service. Qualifications

Minimum: High School diploma/GED plus computer skills Basic keyboard and telephone etiquette skills Preferred: Experience in food service, customer service, or patient care Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service during menu selections Take food orders over the phone Enter meal selections electronically and update patient information Adjust menu choices based on diets, allergies, and preferences Troubleshoot issues affecting patient satisfaction Perform other duties as assigned Physical and Environmental Requirements
