Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector (NGDS) is seeking a Principal Intelligence System Administrator to join our growing team of diverse professionals supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) at Gowen Field near Boise, Idaho . This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and customer approval. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all Intelligence Simulations Systems for the Gowen Field Mission Training Complex (MTC-GWN). Possess comprehensive knowledge, understanding, and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts of intelligence simulation systems. Work independently with general or no direction. Develop approaches to solutions and independently make decisions that do not result in serious program delays or considerable expenditure of resources. Engage in daily inter-organizational and outside customer contacts, representing the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues. Operate and maintain the Intelligence Fusion Servers for MTC-GWN. Operate the WARSIM Intelligence Module Lower and Upper Enclaves, including the Tactical Communications Support Processor and Radiant Mercury. Serve as the System Administrator for various computer systems. Operate the Virtual unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and Multiple Unified Simulation Environment (MUSE) simulation systems. Possess a working knowledge of Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) and integrate all intelligence warfighting function simulations with the Intelligence Fusion Server. Provide expertise in the development, execution, and assessment of tailored and dynamic simulation stimulated training scenarios and preparatory events. Basic Qualifications: One of the following: High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 9 years of advanced technical experience in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, and/or Information Assurance (IA), or related discipline. Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, and/or IA, or related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of related advanced technical experience. Master's degree in CS, IT, Cybersecurity, and/or IA, or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of related advanced technical experience. Possess a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with Special Background Investigation. IAT Level II Certification (such as CompTIA Security+ CE). Experience as an IFS Field Software Engineer. Experience as a dedicated System Administrator. Must be able to travel to CONUS locations as needed (up to 25% of the time). Must be able to work on-site at Gowen Field near Boise, Idaho. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Military Intelligence/Targeting operations at the Brigade / Division / Corps level. Experience operating intelligence simulation systems to include WIM, MUSE, IEWTPT, and Virtual UAS. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Networking. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a dedicated System Administrator. Salary Range: $82,100 - $123,100 Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
