As a Stewarding Supervisor in the Stewarding Department, you will lead the team to maintain the cleanliness of our kitchens and kitchenware, assist with organizing and cleaning storage areas, and prepare for food service. You will oversee banquet plate-ups and organization, assist cooks and kitchen staff as needed, attend banquet meetings to understand event expectations, and delegate tasks to the stewarding team. This role manages AM/PM shifts and ensures water temperatures and chemical levels are appropriate and documented in compliance logs. You

Minimum 1 year in a Supervisor role, preferably in Stewarding Ability to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight Ability to stand for long periods of time Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends Bi-lingual Spanish preferred Salary
