The Job: L’Auberge Del Mar is looking for a Housekeeping Floor Manager who will lead and inspire a group of individuals who are considered the backbone of the hotel. The Housekeeping team consists of hard working, dedicated and passionate people, who take immense pride in their work. As the Housekeeping Floor Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead, guide, train and mentor an amazing team, as well as directly impact our guests stay. The Housekeeping team proudly showcase our hotel, with sparkling clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms and public spaces. The Housekeeping floor Manager will work closely with the Director of Housekeeping to ensure all standards are being met and our guests are enjoying a clean and hazard free stay. You will assist in managing the Housekeeping Operations and may assume total control of the Department in the absence of the Director. You: To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and multi-tasking. This role as Housekeeping Manager requires skills such as leadership, emotional intelligence, efficiency and a desire to work in, and provide, a clean environment. Requirements Refined verbal and written communication skills At least two-years' experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor Strong leadership skills Ability to consistently lift, pull, and push a moderate weight. Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus. Salary Description $74,000-$80,000 Yearly
