Chemical Production Compounder
We are seeking a skilled Chemical Compounding Operator to produce batches of coatings and paints. You will follow Batch Tickets to ensure products meet customer and company specifications. Responsibilities include producing batches of coatings and paints according to specifications, following Batch Ticket instructions to ensure quality and accuracy, engaging in chemical mixing, blending, and compounding processes, and maintaining accurate Batch records and adhering to GMP standards. Essential skills include experience in batching, blending, or manufacturing of liquid-based products, the ability to follow detailed Batch Ticket instructions, and a positive attendance record. Additional skills and qualifications include experience with chemical operation and manufacturing, and skills in batch mixing and chemical blending. The position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for voluntary overtime, allowing employees to work up to 80 hours a week if desired. Shifts available are 1st Shift from Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and 2nd Shift from Monday to Friday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Training for all shifts will occur from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for one week. Employees can enjoy almost unlimited overtime for those eager to maximize their hours. The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $23.75/hr.
