Faccia a Faccia is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team.
This is a hands-on role focused on leading service, mentoring team members, and upholding the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality. You'll work closely with Chef de Cuisine Thomas O'Hara to manage daily operations, ensure smooth and consistent service, and help cultivate a positive, high-performing kitchen culture.

Faccia a Faccia opened in 2022 in Boston’s Back Bay, the latest concept from James Beard Award–winning Chef/Owner Ken Oringer.
This elevated neighborhood restaurant showcases coastal Italian cuisine with a focus on house-made pasta, small plates, crudos, and grilled specialties. The menu is inventive yet rooted in tradition, blending classic techniques with bold, contemporary flavors. Ingredients are thoughtfully sourced—featuring fresh local produce, premium Italian imports, and unique finds from around the world.
