About Our Client

Our client has created a new category of concierge medicine - private medicine — by designing a system that honors the relationship between patients, physicians, and each member of the care team. Headquartered in California, their physician-led teams work in concert with curated local specialists, elite medical centers, and specialists around the world, to provide relationship focused and evidence-based care to members and their families.

The Role

You\'ll work collaboratively with Physician teams, providing concierge primary care to a small patient panel of largely longstanding members of an industry-leading concierge practice. In this role, the successful candidate will perform a broad range of tasks ranging from primary decision making, to carrying out care plans, to performing nursing and administrative duties.

  • It requires a person who enjoys having the time and resources to provide outstanding clinical care and does not see any task as being below them.
  • The organization is uniquely collaborative. At times, when the demands of your shared panel of patients is low, you will help provide clinical, nursing, and administrative support to these colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care in a low volume setting that values quality over quantity, from comprehensive annual exams, to urgent care visits, to detailed longitudinal follow up of care plans, with an emphasis on prevention and lifestyle medicine.
  • Care may be in person, or via telehealth, phone, or electronic communications.
  • You will have direct interaction with patients and consulting providers and sub-specialists.
  • You will be responsible for treatment planning, communication (written and verbal) with patients and other care providers, and in follow up.
  • Administrative support will include coordinating appointments with outside specialists and facilities, prior authorizations, occasional medical records support, and coordination of care.

About You

  • Education : Masters degree in nursing (MSN) or physician assistant studies (MSPAS or MPAS)
  • License and certification : Active California RN license, board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C). Must have BLS certification.
  • Years of experience : Must have primary care NP or PA experience. At least five (3) years of experience in a primary care setting preferred.
  • Adept with various technology and software systems including Mac / iOS, EMR, G Suite
  • Strong phlebotomy and IV skills are a must

Whats in it for you?

  • A competitive starting salary commensurate with years & type of experience and skills.
  • 401(k) with a match (up to 3% of salary).
  • Robust health benefits.
  • 3 weeks of paid time off plus 10 paid holidays off & 1 floating holiday!
