delicious, convenient, and approachable . As we expand beyond Florida, we’re looking for a
visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
to amplify our brand and fuel our growth. Location:
South Florida-based (Miami preferred) | Flex remote + travel The Opportunity
As CMO, you’ll report directly to the CEO and lead Vale’s marketing strategy across digital, social, and in-store channels. You’ll build brand visibility, drive customer acquisition + loyalty, and position Vale as the go-to destination for health-conscious dining. What You’ll Do
Craft and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and sales. Lead digital & social marketing (IG, TikTok, SEO/SEM, influencer partnerships). Develop loyalty programs, promotions, and campaigns to increase repeat visits. Analyze customer data + market trends to refine strategies and menu positioning. Oversee branding consistency across all channels ("healthy, convenient, delicious"). Manage budgets, measure ROI, and form growth partnerships with gyms & wellness brands. Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team. What You Bring
7+ years in marketing leadership (fast-casual restaurants or wellness brand experience preferred). Proven success scaling regional/national consumer brands. Strong expertise in digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and ROI tracking. A balance of
creative vision
and
