What you'll do

The HR Coordinator - Corporate

will serve as the primary coordinator for the Chief People Officer (CPO) and the People Business Partner - Corporate, providing critical support across day-to-day HR operations and strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, engagement, and office operations.

As a key point of contact for corporate employees, this individual will ensure HR processes run smoothly while also supporting senior leadership with scheduling, reporting, and meeting coordination. The role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and an opportunity to build a strong foundation for a long-term career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

• Serve as the primary support for the Chief People Officer and People Business Partner - Corporate in HR operations and initiatives.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork, systems setup, and orientation.

• Support benefits administration by fielding employee questions and maintaining accurate benefit records.

• Maintain employee files and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Provide first-line support on HR policies and general inquiries, escalating as needed.

• Assist with employee relations case tracking, documentation, and scheduling.

• Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, and culture-building events.

• Partner with Talent Acquisition on interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination.

Engagement & Office Coordination

• Coordinate logistics for employee engagement events, corporate celebrations, and wellness programs.

• Support daily office operations to ensure a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.

• Coordinate meeting needs for senior leadership and visitors (e.g., arranging breakfast, lunch, or other hospitality).

• Manage HR-related supplies and office resources.

• Provide administrative support to the CPO and HR team, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.

• 1-2 years of HR, office administration, or related experience (internships accepted).

• Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP, Paylocity, Kronos, Workday, or similar) preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
