As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to maintaining our office's productivity. Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations. Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents. Perform data entry tasks and update information in computer systems. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for staff and management. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as an Office Clerk or in a similar role. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
