What You’ll Do Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide a smooth check-in and check-out experience Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and hotel information Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs promptly Process payments, verify reservations, and maintain accurate records in the property management system Handle guest concerns or complaints with empathy and a commitment to resolution Promote hotel amenities, dining outlets, and special services to enhance the guest experience

Who You Are Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities at once Skilled in clear communication and able to maintain composure in busy or challenging situations Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred; knowledge of Opera or similar PMS is a plus Flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
