Our newly restored 81-room hotel offers guests a modern, stylish escape just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions. With spacious rooms, an outdoor pool, and a lively Tiki Bar, The Vietta is all about delivering unforgettable stays—and that starts with the guest experience at the front desk. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process • Use MEWS (our property management system) to manage reservations, payments, and guest information • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally • Communicate with guests through texting platforms such as

Kipsu

and

Akia

to enhance engagement and service • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs efficiently • Offer local recommendations and assist with directions, transportation, and amenities • Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and guest-ready at all times Qualifications: • Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience preferred • Comfortable using PMS systems (experience with

MEWS

is a plus) • Familiarity with guest messaging platforms like

Kipsu

or

Akia

is highly preferred • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Compensation: $15 - $16.50 hourly
