Manufacturing Technician
Position: Manufacturing Technician Shift: 7am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday) Pay: $23-$25/hour; Overtime: $34.50-$37/hour Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Cleanroom Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of cleanroom environments, ensuring adherence to industry standards and protocols. Responsibilities
Maintain and sanitize clean rooms and manufacturing environments. Extract collagen from raw materials, place it into molds, and cut it into various shapes. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Calibrate production equipment to ensure optimal operation. Fill and package medical devices accurately and efficiently. Maintain adequate inventory of manufacturing supplies and requisition additional materials as needed. Adhere to batch records and ensure accuracy in documentation. Essential Skills
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and production environments. Proficiency in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environments. Cleanroom experience with the ability to follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Experience in batching, blending, cutting, measuring. 2+ years in a production environment with skills in packaging, document control, labeling, and inspection. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Capable of following both written and oral instructions. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
