The Job: As a Busser/Runner at Costa, you'll be the backbone of our restaurant, ensuring that tables are spotless and well-stocked while collaborating with our Food Servers to provide top-notch service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere, we want you on our teamapply now and help us create unforgettable moments for our guests! The Starting Rate: $15.85 per hour The Day-To-Day: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned tables and food and beverage stations, ensuring all equipment is clean and orderly. Remove dirty dishes and debris from tables, and supply tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments. Sweep and mop floors and empty garbage as needed. Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station and assist with proper stock rotation. Retrieve orders from the warehouse and stock storeroom. Run food orders to guests as required by the department. The Ideal Candidate: 1+ Years of Prior experience in fine dining as a Busser or Food Runner is preferred 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant operations is preferred Willing and able to work weekends and holidays due to Costa's Operational Hours which include: Fridays and Saturday: 3:30pm-11:30pm, Sundays and Mondays: 3:30pm-10:15ish pm The Perks & Benefits: Free meals in our employee dining room.
